PURPOSE: A marketing intelligence solution system and an operating method thereof are provided to improve purchase satisfaction by providing information and recommending a customized product. CONSTITUTION: A product provider requests a service to a system online. If the product provider is a recipient of a product, the system receives additional information. The system automatically provides basic contents to the product provider based on basic data possessed by a company. If the product provider is not the recipient, the product provider inputs information of the recipient.
