PURPOSE: A composition for hardcoating is provided to able to form an antifouling and antistatic hard coating layer, to have simple production cost and cheap production cost, and to have excellent adhesion to a plastic panel, transparency, scratch resistance, antistatic property and antifouling property. CONSTITUTION: A composition for hardcoating comprises 3-30 parts by weight of UV curable resin, 0.01-3 parts by weight of a fluorine-modified polyfunctional acrylate compound, 5-30 parts by weight of a conductive polymer solution, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a photo initiator, and 30-90 parts by weight of a conductive polymer affinity polar organic solvent. A UV curable antistatic hard coating layer(10) in which the composition is cured by UV rays has a hardness which is same or larger than 3H, a surface of 10^6-10^8Ω/□, water contact angle same or larger than 95°, a visible light transmission rate same or larger than 92%, and a haze value same or larger than 0.5%. |
