摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently reducing the amount of mercury in cement kiln flue gas without causing qualitative problem even in the case where concrete etc. are formed with cement using gypsum obtained in a process of removing mercury. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a part of dust collector dust D1 from cement kiln flue gas G1 and SOx-containing gas such as flue gas G3 from chlorine bypass unit 12 are mixed and desulfurization treatment of SO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>-containing gas and uncombusted carbon C removal treatment of dust collector dust are carried out. Desulfurized gypsum G formed in the desulfurization treatment is used as gypsum for cement finishing and uncombusted carbon removed from the dust collector dust is returned to cement production process. By this method, mercury contained in the dust collector dust is discharged out of the system, thus the amount of mercury in the cement kiln flue gas can be reduced, the cement using the desulfurized gypsum is low in uncombusted carbon, thus qualitative problem can be avoided and returning the uncombusted carbon to the cement production process, it can be used again as a mercury adsorbing medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
