<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current regulator circuit capable of increasing the load current capability of the regulator while suppressing dark current. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined constant current source is selected in accordance with the necessary amount of current, by way of a first switching section 300, from a constant current supply unit 200 having two or more constant current sources that supply constant current, and a constant current therefrom is supplied to a differential amplifier section 100 to differentially amplify an input signal, after which the differentially amplified output signal is current-amplified by a current amplifier section 400. For the current amplification, a predetermined constant current source is selected in accordance with the necessary amount of current, by way of a second switching section 600, from a constant current supply unit 500 having two or more constant current sources that supply constant current, and a constant current therefrom is supplied to the current amplifier section 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
