The device has fixed cover whose shape is similar to the shape of a handle. A skin-contact surface is made of a bactericidal material. The skin-contact surface is coated with a coating made ?[deg] f plastic with nanoparticles of titanium dioxide and clusters of silver and cold liquid composite metal by mixing fine metallic powders with special binders and reactants to a special copper alloy.
