The holder (1) has two gripping arms (3-5) which are arranged on a carrier element (6). The carrier element is connected with the sliding unit (8) through the joint unit such that the holder is inserted in a surface (9) of dashboard or pushed out of the surface of dashboard by the sliding unit. The sliding unit has a telescopic rod which slides in a cross-section profiled tube or in a cross-section adapted rail during insertion of the holder in the surface and during withdrawal of holder from the surface.
