PURPOSE: A device for providing a coupon based on a member store visit number and a method thereof are provided to convert a potential customer into a regular customer by transmitting a coupon page including preset benefits to a terminal of a consumer by referring a visit number of the consumer. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(210) receives a visit message from a consumer terminal. A page generating unit(270) generates a coupon page displaying a coupon by referring to a visit number of each user. A transmitting unit(220) transmits the generated coupon page to the consumer terminal. A control unit(240) determines the generation of the coupon page by referring to the visit message and a coupon generation condition stored in a storage unit(230).
