<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for performing drawing on a label surface without using an optical encoder. <P>SOLUTION: Optical disk devices (1, 2 and 3) control motor portions (20 and 30) so that an optical disk (100) becomes equal to a target rotational speed on the basis of a rotational speed signal (SFG) which has a pulse with a frequency corresponding to a rotational speed generated by the motor portions for rotating the optical disk, generate an artificial encoding signal (artificial EFG signal) artificially indicating an edge interval corresponding to an address on a label surface, and control drawing on the label surface on the basis of the artificial encoding signal, when performing drawing on the label surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
