<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell, a cell stack, a fuel cell module, and a fuel cell device capable of improving long-term reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In a part of the circumference of a columnar conductive support 2, an intermediate layer 9 is disposed which includes at least one of Ni and NiO extending in a length direction, a fuel electrode layer 3 is disposed at a portion where the intermediate layer 9 of the conductive support 2 is not formed, a solid electrolyte layer 4 is disposed so that the fuel electrode layer 3 is covered and both end parts are positioned on both end parts of the intermediate layer 9, an oxygen electrode layer 5 is disposed on the solid electrolyte layer 4, and furthermore, an interconnector 6 is disposed on the intermediate layer 9 so that both end parts are superposed on both end parts of the solid electrolyte layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
