<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content of meal that comprise food charts that enable obese people to consume effective functional foods by correcting intake energy and taking balance of nutrient intake. <P>SOLUTION: Personal information on an object person is input and a category on diet restriction of the object person is separated into three categories: people without diet restriction; people likely to develop metabolic syndrome or diabetes; and people with strict diet restriction. For each of the categories, a database is searched to present food charts.
