<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half bridge circuit that implements an increased turnoff switching speed at low output. <P>SOLUTION: In Mode 1-3, when the direction of energization of an inductive load L is a first direction (left in the figure), for the application of an off control signal to a MOS transistor S1, control signals (S3=on control signal; S4=off control signal) are applied as one-way energization control signals to MOS transistors S3, S4 so as to keep the energization in the same direction as the first direction before an on control signal is applied to a MOS transistor S2. In Mode 4-6, when the direction of energization of the inductive load L is a second direction (right in the figure), for the application of an off control signal to the MOS transistor S2, control signals (S3=off control signal; S4=on control signal) are applied as one-way energization control signals to the MOS transistors S3, S4 so as to keep the energization in the same direction as the second direction before an on control signal is applied to the MOS transistor S1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
