<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator clamp, by which an operation for anchoring an aerial wire to an insulator can be easily done by an indirect live wire method, and which is not removed by vibration of an electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: An insulator clamp 1 is provided with a pair of half-cutting clamps 2 pivoted to each other at one end, and semi-cylindrical parts 6 gripping an aerial wire by closing both half-cutting clamps and a recess part 9 gripping an umbrella-shaped part at an end of an insulator are formed on opposed inner faces of a pair of the half-cutting clamps 2. Hinge parts 11 almost parallel to the semi-cylindrical parts are provided between the semi-cylindrical parts 6 of the respective half-cutting clamps and the recess part 9, so that they can be bend to each other. First extension part 12 projecting outward in a radial direction are formed on outside faces of the semi-cylindrical parts of the respective half-cutting clamps, and first engagement means engaged with each other while both of the half-cutting clamps are closed are provided at the first extension parts 12. Second extension parts 15 are formed on outside faces of the recess parts of the respective half-cutting clamps, and second engagement means engaged with each other while closing both of the half-cutting clamps are provided at the second extension parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
