<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnified observation device, a magnified observation method and a magnified observation program which can get a joined graphics data item efficiently in a short time when getting the joined graphics data item corresponding to plural unit areas by re-capturing an object. <P>SOLUTION: Plural unit areas in a surface of an observation object is captured respectively, and plural graphics data items corresponding to the plural unit areas are generated respectively. The generated plural graphics data items are stored, and a joined graphics data item is generated by joining the stored plural graphics data items. An image of the object including the plural unit areas is displayed as an area presentation image. When any one of the plural unit areas is selected by a selection indication from a user, a graphics data item corresponding to the selected unit area is generated as a re-capturing data item by re-capturing the selected unit area.
