<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light collection solar battery module that generates power by installing solar batteries on both sides in a semicircular arc-shaped reflector for collecting light. <P>SOLUTION: A light collection solar battery module has a pair of cell elements 10 in each of which electrodes 12 are formed respectively on both sides of a semiconductor substrate 11 configured by P-N junction and having a constant thickness, and which are erected vertically or in a state mutually tilted by a constant angle in a semicircular arc-shaped reflector for collecting solar light onto an N-type semiconductor formation surface of the cell element. The pair of cell elements 10 are bonded to an insulator having a constant thickness by an insulation adhesive agent 33 in a state that respective P-type semiconductor formation surfaces are opposed to each other to form a module 100. The module 100 is connected with adjacent other modules via electric wires 300, and thereby, a plurality of modules 100 are connected with each other. The light collection solar battery module is configured so that currents of an anode and a cathode are respectively induced from the modules 100 at both end parts among the plurality of modules 100 via the electric wires 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
