<p>A method for providing a new instrument case for enclosing instruments supported by an instrument support, an instrument case assembly, and kit for supporting instrument cases are described. The method consists of temporarily supporting the instruments and the instrument support by traversing same with a horizontal reinforcement, and connecting the reinforcement to a vertical post and the instrument support. Once so supported, the existing instrument case can be removed, and a new base for the new instrument case can be installed. The instrument support can then be fixed either to the base, to the foundation, and/or the a surface of the new instrument case. Once so supported, the temporary support can be removed and the new instrument case can be installed.</p> |
