The insulation module (2) has thermal insulation layer (W) that is positioned in a receiving space (12) between calcium silicate layers (4,6). The thermal insulation layer is delimited by a frame assembly (8) made of calcium silicate, through which calcium silicate layer (4) is connected to the calcium silicate layer (6). The frame assembly that is positioned in receiving space parallel to calcium silicate layers is limited in four directions. The frame assembly is connected with calcium silicate layers through vapor permeable adhesive. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a thermal insulation module; and (2) a thermal insulation structure of building wall.
