<p>Disclosed are a power determining method and device. The method comprises: a micro-cell measuring, on a first frequency band, a radio frequency power or a signal strength on an uplink radio frame at a radio access point in a macro-cell, the first frequency band being a frequency band used by a transmit channel of a terminal served by the macro-cell, and the micro-cell being located in the coverage of the macro-cell; the micro-cell determining a power and time-frequency distribution graph of the uplink radio frame on the first frequency band, the power and time-frequency distribution graph being used for identifying the correspondence between the uplink radio frame and the radio frequency power at time-frequency locations on the first frequency band or used for identifying the correspondence between the uplink radio frame and the signal strength at time-frequency locations on the first frequency band; and the micro-cell sending the power and time-frequency distribution graph to a network side apparatus, so that the network side apparatus determines the radio frequency power through which the signal sent by the terminal in the macro-cell is received by the micro-cell. The present invention improves the resource utilization of a heterogeneous network.</p> |
