PURPOSE: A DNA marker for detecting increase of pork meat quality is provided to develop and improve meat quality. CONSTITUTION: A DNA marker for detecting increase of pork meat quality has 15-1000 serial sequences including 220th base, G, in a base sequence of sequence number 1. The DNA marker increase meat quality by decreasing drip loss and improving pH concentration. A primer for detecting SNP relating to meat quality of pig PPARGC1A gene contains an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 6 and 7. A kit for SNP analysis relating to pork meat quality contains the primer, PCR reaction mixture, and PshAI restriction enzyme. |
