The purpose of the present invention is to, in response to a strong desire to expand the use of natural energy, provide an electric generator that obtains electric energy for household use and in the sites of companies, offices, and factories by decreasing the mechanism of an electric generation technique involving water and a water turbine without change. A head utilization water turbine transmission device, wherein a water supply-side conduit (3) is extended downward from the bottom surface of a water supply tank (1) above a water drainage tank (2), and connected and affixed in a U-shape at the lower part thereof to a water drainage-side conduit (3) extended downward from the bottom surface of the water drainage tank, and water turbines (4) are provided between these two right and left conduits. The right halves of the water turbines are pressurized by water running down through the water supply-side conduit from the water supply tank, and the left halves of the water turbines are pressurized by water going up to the water drainage tank through the water drainage-side conduit. The water flowing into the water drainage tank is circulated to the water supply tank by a lift pump (12). When the water turbines rotate by the flow of the water, gear wheels (8, 10, 11) rotate, and an electric generator (14) connected to the gear wheels by a belt (13) rotates to generate electricity.
