<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at addressing a clinical condition of a patient while allowing the patient to maintain mobility without performing fusion procedures. <P>SOLUTION: A prosthesis for treating dysfunction of a facet joint (28) includes: a first body with a first face and a second face; and a second body with a first face and a second face.
