摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dispersibility of an electrolyte in an electrolytic solution used for a material of a catalyst paste for a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrolytic solution used for a material of a catalyst paste for a fuel battery comprises the steps of: preparing a solution including an electrolyte; and performing a thermal treatment on the solution at a temperature of a glass transition point of the electrolyte to 300&deg;C. The thermal treatment is conducted under a high-pressure condition over a normal atmospheric pressure; the upper limit of the high-pressure condition is 100 atmospheres or below. In the method, the prepared solution is put in a pressure-resistant container, and the thermal treatment is performed by heating the solution so that the temperature condition is satisfied inside the pressure-resistant container.
