<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring cap that can take out contents without spilling the contents even when being reversed in an opened state. <P>SOLUTION: The pouring cap includes: a base B which has a ceiling wall part 3 arranged on the upper end of a mouth part 21 of a container 20 and is provided with a belt-like part 5, forming a contour of a hinge cover 4 and being separable by using an operation piece 6, on the ceiling wall part 3; and a pouring cover C which has a peripheral wall 8 fixed attachably and detachably with respect to the ceiling wall part 3, retains a pouring cylinder 9 formed of a channel R communicated with a filling space S20 on the inner side of the peripheral wall 8 and is provided with an elastic film 10 forming a storage space S1 of the operation piece 6 between the ceiling wall part 3 and the pouring cover C. A hinge cover 4 is brought into contact with the back end of the pouring cylinder 9, thereby, the channel R is shielded, and at the same time, when the elastic film 10 is deformed by pushing the pouring cylinder 9, the elastic film 10 is pushed and opened by the pouring cylinder 9 and, thereby, the filling space S20 is communicated with the external field through the channel R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
