<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pixel circuit including a light emitting element such as OLED, on a semiconductor substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel circuit 110 includes a driving transistor 125, a switching transistor 122, and a light emitting element 130, and these circuit elements are formed on a semiconductor substrate.
