<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable element of a linear driving device which improves the integration of a core member and permanent magnets and reduces the weight of the movable element. <P>SOLUTION: A movable core 31 has a magnetic plate 311 laminated in the moving direction of a movable element 3, and through holes 31b, which penetrate in the lamination direction of the magnetic plate 311, are formed in the movable core 31. Permanent magnets 321 and the like are embedded in the movable core 31, and thus the integration of the core member and the permanent magnets is improved and the permanent magnets 321 and the like are not likely to be peeled off the movable core 31. Further, since the through holes 31b are provided, the weight of the movable core 31 can be reduced while minimizing the reduction of the magnetic flux in the movable core 31, that is, minimizing the reduction of the usage efficiency of the magnetic flux generated by permanent magnet sets 32 and 34 in the movable core 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
