<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body stop device of an opening/closing device, capable of avoiding an abutting state of an engaging member and a rotary member and preventing excessive loads from acting on the engaging member or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter curtain which is an opening/closing body can be stopped and moved by a brake device. When the shutter curtain is abutted to an obstacle, tensioning force acts on a lock wire 36 which is a string-like member, and the brake device is turned on. To the curtain, a mechanical coupling device 55 for coupling the curtain and the wire 36 and making the tensioning force act on the wire 36 when the curtain is abutted to the obstacle is arranged. The device includes a rotary member 35 having a tooth part 35A, and an engaging member 50 for engaging an engaging part 53 with the tooth part 35A by performing a motion to the curtain when the curtain is abutted to the obstacle, and an elastically deformable elastic part 54 is provided in a motion load transfer route for transferring the motion load of the engaging member from the curtain through the engaging member to the tooth part of the rotary member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
