<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a teeth-high phenomenon and insert a coil without deforming a coil end in a waved form, in a coil insertion device used for inserting a two-pole coil in a stator core. <P>SOLUTION: A coil insertion device 10 for two poles comprises plural blades 16 annularly aligned corresponding to inner teeth of a stator core 17, and a stripper 18 arranged inside the blades movably in an axial direction and having pressing teeth inserted in gaps of the respective blades on an outer periphery. At least two guide rods 20 inserted between coils CL with a largest diameter of the two-pole coil stand on an end face in a pushing direction of the stripper while the two-pole coil C is held in the gap of the blades. At least two of the guide rods are spaced from each other by a predetermined interval to be opposed to a center of the end face of the stripper, and arranged along the gap of the coils of the largest diameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
