<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device and a cutting method capable of preventing a sheet from not being cut and capable of suppressing the deterioration of a cutter part even when the shape of the cutter part provided in a cutter roll is complex. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet S is introduced between the cutter roll 20 where the cutter part 21 is provided and an ultrasonic vibration device 10 which minutely vibrates and is made to pass under pressure, and the sheet S is fusion-cut utilizing the frictional heat generated by rubbing the ultrasonic vibration device 20 and the sheet S together, thereby preventing the sheet S from not being cut and suppressing the deterioration of the cutter part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
