<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably detachably engage a container body and a cap while improving a productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A leading end portion 10 of a tubular container body 1 is provided with one or more projection portion 26 on an outer peripheral surface, a hole 27 making inner and outer sides of a tube communicate with each other in a rear side in an axial direction of the projection portion 26, and an expanded portion 12 expanded such that an outer diameter within the tube is equal to or more than an outer diameter of the projection portion 26 and running to a rear side in a rear side in an axial direction of the hole 27. An inner peripheral surface of a cap 50 is provided with an annular projection 52 detachably engaging with the projection portion 26 in an axial direction. The projection portion 26 securely climbs over the annular projection 52 for its flexibility in a diametrical direction by the hole 27, the container body 1 and the cap 50 can be detachably engaged by inserting the leading end portion 10 of the container body 1 into an opening 51 of the cap 50. The cosmetic material container can be easily manufactured without forcibly drawing the inner and outer molds in an axial direction, without using cut molds, and without using a press machine, focusing attention on the fact that the hole 27 can be formed by making parts of an inner mold and an outer mold abut on each other when forming the container body 1 using the inner mold and the outer mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
