<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrap-around type packaging box capable of being easily opened in a state that a user can easily take out a stored object, and capable of maintaining a storage state of the stored object even in the opened state. <P>SOLUTION: In the wrap-around type packaging box 1, a top face folding line L3 linearly extended in a lateral direction Si and a top face break line L2 extended from a slit between a top face flap 10a of a top face 1a and an adjacent side flap 10c to the top face folding line L3 are formed on the top face 1a, and two bottom face break lines L4 for forming cutouts from slits between a bottom face flap 10b of a bottom face 1b and the two side flaps 10c are formed on the bottom face 1b.
