The present invention relates to a method for preparing biocompatible small intestinal submucosa hydrogel, and more specifically, to: a method for preparing biocompatible small intestinal submucosa hydrogel which is formed in a solution phase by a method of forming chemical cross-links by solubilizing biocompatible small intestinal submucosa powder, and enables the degradation period of a gel to be controlled according to a cross-linked state during in-vivo injection; and a small intestine submucosa drug carrier and support using the hydrogel.
