<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin-made heat transfer unit which enables efficient manufacturing while maintaining efficient heat exchange. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin-made planar heat transfer unit having an internal channel for heat dissipating or heat receiving fluid includes: a step of preparing a pair of split molds 32A and 32B relatively movable between a mold clamping position and a mold opening position and arranged so that each of their cavities are mutually opposed; a step of placing, at an interval, a thermoplastic resin sheet P1 in a molten state, on the surface of which a part of the internal flow channel should be formed, and a thermoplastic resin sheet P2 to constitute a heat transfer plate, between the split molds at the mold opening position; a step of reducing the pressure of the air from closed space which is formed between the thermoplastic resin sheet P1 and the split mold 32A to thereby suck the thermoplastic resin sheet, so that a first recessed groove having a shape complementary to the shape of the internal channel is formed; and a step of moving the pair of split molds to the mold clamping position and allowing them to face-to-face welding to close the first recessed groove, whereby the internal channel is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
