<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sales of commodities or the like related to a privilege by providing the privilege matching a request of users relating to electronic commercial transactions. <P>SOLUTION: A commercial transaction device 1 includes: a wish list acceptance section 11 for accepting a wish list including a sales condition of a commodity that a user desires; a determination section 15 for determining whether the sales condition is accepted or not; and an execution section 16, when it is determined to accept the sales condition, executing predetermined processing related to the sales of the commodity. Thereby, the sales condition matching the request of the user is provided to the user as the privilege related to the sales of the commodity.
