<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a customer from forgetting to take out a medium and the like, the device preventing a customer from forgetting to take out a medium such as a card and reducing a burden of a restitution process of a card or cash left behind when using an automatic machine. <P>SOLUTION: The device for preventing a customer from forgetting to take out a medium when using the automatic machine such as an ATM includes: a transmission part for transmitting an account number of the customer; a receiving part for receiving corresponding customer's left-untaken medium information transmitted from a server on the basis of the transmission of the account number; a medium ejecting order setting part for setting a medium ejecting order on the basis of the customer's left-untaken medium information; a medium ejecting pattern setting part for ejecting the medium according to the medium ejecting order set by the medium ejecting order setting part, and setting whether or not a voice message or a caution display is performed; and a medium ejecting part for ejecting the medium according to the medium ejecting pattern set by the medium ejecting pattern setting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
