<p>PURPOSE: A Korean character key pad for a touch screen is provided to input characters corresponding to a recognized result by recognizing the movement of another key bar on the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: Initial sound keys are arranged on a line which is located at a right side or a left side of a center line in a keypad. Center keys are arranged at the right side or the left side of the center line in the keypad. A space bar is arranged at the left side or the right side of the center line in the keypad. A final consonant distinction key is arranged at the right side of the center line in the keypad. Korean syllabic characters are simultaneously inputted over 75%.</p>
