PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain the same transmissivity as a glass substrate in a visible region and to manufacture the organic light emitting device on an environmentally friendly flexible cellulose paper substrate. CONSTITUTION: An anode electrode(20) is formed on a cellulose paper substrate(10). A hole injection layer(30) is formed on the anode electrode. A hole transport layer(40) is formed on the hole injection layer. A light emitting layer(50) is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(60) is formed on the light emitting layer. An electron injection layer(70) is formed on the electron transport layer. A cathode electrode(80) is formed on the electron injection layer.
