<p>The present invention relates to a method of community surveillance, in which a local unit (4) surveys a zone (1) by receiving a detection signal (30) emitted by sensors (3); said unit (4) transmits an intrusion message (40) to a remote central facility (6), said message (40) comprising at least intrusive data, said central facility (6) processes said message (40) received and verifies the veracity of the intrusion with a view to performing an intervention. Said verification is characterized by transmitting to remote corresponding parties (8), chosen from among a preset list (9), queries (60) with the intrusive data, each corresponding party (8) viewing said data transmitted on a personal terminal (10), each corresponding party (8) transmitting to said central facility (6) a response (80) confirming or denying said intrusion. The central facility (6) determines on the basis of said responses (80) the veracity of the intrusion, the latter consisting in effecting an average of the parameters of said responses (80) and ordering said intervention as a function of this average.</p> |
