<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having a developing cartridge with a developing roller installed upward, configured to press the developing roller against a photoreceptor in an axially well-balanced manner. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes: a photoreceptor (photoreceptor drum 51) on which an electrostatic latent image is to be formed; a developing cartridge 52 arranged below the photoreceptor and having a developing roller 53 for supplying developer to the photoreceptor; a support that detachably supports the developing cartridge 52; and a pressure member 520 that presses a rotating shaft of the developing roller 53 or a shaft part 52A coaxial with the rotating shaft to press the developing roller 53 against the photoreceptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
