<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated wire capable of increasing the corona discharge start voltage the temperature dependency of which is low, and having a high corona discharge start voltage at high temperature, and to provide an armature coil using the same, and a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The insulated wire includes a conductor having a round or substantially quadrilateral cross-sectional shape, and an insulating film covering the conductor. The corona discharge start voltage measured at a temperature of 150°C is 84% or higher than that measured at a temperature of 25°C. An AC voltage is applied across two insulated wires of a test piece, the voltage is increased at a rate of 70 V/sec, and the maximum value (peak value) when the discharge amount reaches 100 pC is determined as the corona discharge start voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
