<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an alkylaluminum hydride in a high reaction yield in a short reaction time. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for an alkylaluminum hydride comprises a step of reacting an alkylaluminum halide with a metal hydride (such as a compound selected from the group consisting of alkali metal hydrides, alkaline earth metal hydrides, hydrogenated alkali metal complexes and hydrogenated alkaline earth metal complexes) at a temperature higher than 100°C and, if desired, in the presence of a solvent comprising an aliphatic hydrocarbon and/or an aromatic hydrocarbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
