<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device which realizes a transport mechanism having multiple conveyors with a simple structure and a processing device including the transport device, and to provide a transport method of the transport device and a processing method of the processing device. <P>SOLUTION: A transport device includes a driving source, multiple conveyors, a moving mechanism, and a transmission mechanism. The multiple conveyors are driven by the driving source and respectively transport processing objects along a first direction. The moving mechanism may move at least one conveyor, from among the multiple conveyors, along a second direction that is different from the first direction. The transmission mechanism has a clutch transmitting or blocking power from the driving source to the at least one conveyor and may transmit the power from the driving source to the multiple conveyors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
