<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a vibration control reinforcement frame without sacrificing a space of a lean-to when the lean-to such as a shop, a corridor or a warehouse is attached or when the lean-to is to be attached on the outside of a structure plane of a main structure when constructing the vibration control reinforcement frame for vibration-controlling and reinforcing the main structure on the outside of the structure plane of the main structure such as an existing or new concrete structure in parallel with the structure plane of the main structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure with the vibration control reinforcement frame, a vibration control reinforcement frame 1 including columns 2 which are arrayed on the outside of the structure plane of a main structure 60 having frames 6 comprising columns and beams in parallel with the structure plane and are erected at an interval from each other, connecting beams 4 disposed between the columns 2, 2 adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction within the structure plane, and damper integrated type braces 5 for which a damper 52 is incorporated in a brace body 51 is added to the main structure 60 with a lean-to 64 attached on the outside of the structure plane.
