The invention provides a device for producing a battery pack, comprising a lower fixture including a component installing part and a frame part encircling the component installing part. The component installing part is provided with a battery unit and a protection circuit module having a flat wire-leading plate. The device also comprises an upper fixture which is disposed at the upper part of the lower fixture and is used for coupling to the lower fixture when the battery unit and the protection circuit module are inserted between the lower fixture and the upper fixture. The frame part and the component installing part move with respect to each other, and thereby steps are formed between the frame part and the component installing part. When the upper fixture is coupled to the lower fixture, the wire-leading plate can be bended along the outer surface of the battery unit. |
