PURPOSE: An air conditioner provided to reduce the volume of a phase separating device and to reduce delay time till injection after the initial operation of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a compressor, a condenser, a phase separating device(600), and an evaporator. The compressor compresses a refrigerant. The condenser condenses the refrigerant which passes through the compressor. The phase separating device separates the refrigerant which passes through the condenser into a liquid refrigerant and a vapor phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the liquid refrigerant which is separated from the phase separating device. The phase separating device comprises an outer wall, an influx unit(620), a first outlet part(631), and a porous member. The outer wall forms the exterior. The refrigerant which passes through the condenser flows in the influx unit. The liquid refrigerant is discharged through the first outlet part. The porous member is installed in the inner side of the outer wall.
