<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit of a liquid crystal display device which causes very little noise to its output signals and restrains the characteristics of a transistor from deteriorating in a non-selection period. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor and a fourth transistor. The first terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first wire, its second terminal is connected to the gate terminal of the second transistor, and the gate terminal is connected to a fifth wire; the first terminal of the second transistor is connected to a third wire, and its second terminal is connected to a sixth wire; the first terminal of the third transistor is connected to a second wire, its second terminal is connected to the gate terminal of the second transistor, and the gate terminal is connected to a fourth wire; and the first terminal of the fourth transistor is connected to the second wire, its second terminal is connected to the sixth wire, and the gate terminal is connected to the fourth wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
