<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber having antiviral properties, which can inactivate a virus deposited on a surface and the like of the fiber, further prevents an antiviral agent from falling away from the fiber even though mechanical friction is applied to the fiber and thereby maintains an antiviral effect. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber having antiviral properties is formed of a high-polymer material, can inactivate a virus deposited thereon, contains an antiviral agent therein, and is formed by spinning a high-polymer material containing the antiviral agent, and then heating and stretching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
