<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwriting input device capable of omitting a page feeding operation of a user to improve convenience. <P>SOLUTION: According to positional coordinates of an electronic pen obtained at a handwriting input by a user, stroke data representing a trajectory corresponding to one line is generated, mapped with a storage object page and stored. If an input time lag between a most recent stroke (S) and a previous stroke (S-1) is confirmed (S101) and the input time lag is a time threshold L or more (S103: YES), a separation distance between the strokes (S) and (S-1) is calculated (S105).
