<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic electric transducer which changes the directional characteristics according to users' preference and usage with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic speaker 1 includes: fixed electrodes 10, 50; a conductive sheet like vibrating body which is disposed between the fixed electrodes 10, 50 so as to be separated from the fixed electrodes 10, 50; elastic members 20, 40 which are respectively provided between the vibrating body 30 and the fixed electrode 10 and between the vibrating body 30 and the fixed electrode 50 and have air permeability; and shape memory members 60A to 60H which are deformed into any of multiple preset shape patterns by energization and maintain the shape after the deformation. When the shape memory members 60A to 60H deform, the electrostatic speaker 1 is deformed into any of a recessed curve surface shape, a planar shape, a protruding curve surface shape, and a zigzag shape in conjunction with the deformation of the shape memory members 60A to 60H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
