<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white light-emitting organic EL element in which a metal film having low sheet resistance is used for an electrode on the light extraction side and a resonance effect due to the metal film is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An optical adjustment layer 5 for improving visible light transmittance is disposed between a light extraction side electrode 4 formed of a metal film and a sealing film 6, and an optical path length of the optical adjustment layer 5 is set to a specific range, thereby suppressing a resonance effect in the light extraction side electrode 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
