<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray waveguide which makes X-rays incident by resonance coupling and can highly efficiently introduce the X-rays. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray waveguide for introducing an X-ray by resonance coupling includes: an X-ray waveguide part which has a core and a clad and which shuts, in the core, the X-ray made incident by total reflection, to guide the X-ray; a reflected X-ray transmission region for transmitting a reflected X-ray having been reflected on a surface of the clad; an X-ray reflection part for reflecting the reflected X-ray having been transmitted, and making the reflected X-ray reach the surface of the clad once more; and a reflected X-ray outgoing prevention part for preventing the X-ray from outgoing from the reflected X-ray transmission region directly to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
