<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve suitable blowoff port arrangement corresponding to the shape of a workspace or the shape of a device disposed in the workspace in the site of the workspace while securing a circumferential-direction uniform flow by use of a cloth air duct, in the formation of a local cleaning air conditioning system. <P>SOLUTION: A local cleaning air conditioning system 100 makes air sucked by a fan 30 flow through the porous cloth duct 60 via an HEPA filter 40, and nearly uniformly jets the clean air from the circumference of the porus cloth duct. A means 65 holding the shape of the porus cloth duct is provided inside or outside the duct, and the shape of the duct is held by the rigidity of the shape holding means or an air layer jetted from the shape holding means.
